COVID-19

As our friends and communities where we serve start to really feel the impact of Coronavirus, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: 1) the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and the communities where we operate; and 2) to play a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the COVID-19 virus.

As the situation surrounding the coronavirus continues to evolve, we will continue to act with vigilance and concern for the well-being of our customers, employees, and families. Our decisions have been and will continue to be informed by the most current science-based information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and guided by our vision and values to serve the families and communities of the St Louis area. Through that lens, we have taken a series of precautionary steps in response to the developing public health situation that includes a more exhaustive cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing protocol in all of our facilities. In a similar manner to the preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities, all of our vehicles go through a rigorous, multi-step cleaning process to reduce the spread of germs. In addition, we have also prepared our company to respond quickly to any emerging situation through advanced training and prevention practices.

So, for the foreseeable future, we will continue to closely monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) and follow the guidance from the leading government and health authorities. We will remain vigilant in upholding our high standards for safety and cleanliness. And if warranted, we will take any additional precautions required to ensure that we are taking the right actions to protect our customers, employees, and the communities where we operate.
