I used the collision center to repair the front right bumper/passenger side. It required two appointments because the fog light was damaged and they had to order another one. The fog light replacement was a fast and simple second appointment, no need for a rental car which is very much appreciated. Everything looks back to normal and the car was cleaned, an added bonus!

The whole service department are GREAT! Andy now(service manager) Nicci, Zack, Kevin . With the exception of Nicci (who is also GREAT)who started a few years ago I've known since 2012 when I purchased my first KIA at previous KIA location. I've purchased 4 KIA's from Lou Fusz. Three new and one preowned. This crew has become part of my extended family. If on rare occasion the tech doesn't do the job correctly, they get it corrected ASAP! This group is why I keep coming Back. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
They are supposed to have fixed my air conditioning in my car. Some how it stopped working after a month later. They took things apart then put it back together and it works but they don't know what was wrong with it.

I think, but am not positive, that they recommended $500 + worth of replacement parts and labor that my car does not need. I think they did same last time I had my car in.
