Everyone is extremely helpful. I had my truck inspected at an independent shop and they found a few things that needed repaired. I called Lou Fusz to see if it was under warranty. They confirmed it was and while doing their inspection they found other items in need of replacement and under warranty also. They saved me from having the parts fail before replacing them.

Things wee tense at first. I bought a preowned vehicle that took on water to the interior during rain. First time I tried to remedy that with service I was told I’d need to pay $180 for a diagnostic. I was dismayed. After talking to Shane directly they seem to have remedied the problem. I am hopeful and grateful. Service operators are great by the way!

I paid $180 to diagnois issue with my vehicle but was told vehicle unsafe to drive due to brake issue; I did not bring my vehicle in for brakes; I brought it for diagnosis because it jerked and died out; I can appreciate the multipoint inspection but want to know why was I charged if shop felt vehicle unsafe to drive cause I am still having the issue I originally complained about!! Rip off

I went to Telle Tire for a slow leak, just to get it patched, and they tried to tell me all 4 of my tires were severely dry-rotted and I needed to pay them over $600 for a new set of tires. I didn't trust that, so I took my car to Lou Fusz for a second opinion, since they have done great work for me in the past. Easy email negotiation. 2.5 hours at dealership to complete deal. Only negative was on lowball trade offer, despite website claim of “will beat any offer within 500 miles.” Refused to discussed and even denied the website claim (had to show them). Good experience otherwise.
