Everyone is extremely helpful. I had my truck inspected at an independent shop and they found a few things that needed repaired. I called Lou Fusz to see if it was under warranty. They confirmed it was and while doing their inspection they found other items in need of replacement and under warranty also. They saved me from having the parts fail before replacing them.

Things wee tense at first. I bought a preowned vehicle that took on water to the interior during rain. First time I tried to remedy that with service I was told I’d need to pay $180 for a diagnostic. I was dismayed. After talking to Shane directly they seem to have remedied the problem. I am hopeful and grateful. Service operators are great by the way!

I paid $180 to diagnois issue with my vehicle but was told vehicle unsafe to drive due to brake issue; I did not bring my vehicle in for brakes; I brought it for diagnosis because it jerked and died out; I can appreciate the multipoint inspection but want to know why was I charged if shop felt vehicle unsafe to drive cause I am still having the issue I originally complained about!! Rip off

I’ll never buy a car anywhere else because of the Service Dept. is the best in town Brian, took his time to make sure I understood how to run the car and got all my needs met even the color. This dealership has performed all recall work on the 2016 Sorento and has done other service on it as well. On one occasion while waiting for service I ventured out to the showroom and was approached by Josh Hough and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Kept him in mind for when we got serious about a new car purchase and was so glad he was the salesperson who greeted us the day we decided to ‘look’. This dealership has always taken care of the recall work on our Sorento and I feel very confident in their ability and professionalism. We’ve had a couple of issues with our car - a fan issue on the a/c and an oil leak. Both were addressed and corrected by this service department as well as the recommended service for the mileage. Very happy with this dealership service department!
I can't even tell you what number car I am on from a Fusz dealership, buts it's a big number. I return to Fusz for the services provided by their salesmen, their service mechanics, and their management team. Josh was incredibly helpful throughout the process of our Sorento purchase. We would refer our friends and family to Josh, and we would as that they say "Hello" to Shane while they are in the dealership.

I went to Telle Tire for a slow leak, just to get it patched, and they tried to tell me all 4 of my tires were severely dry-rotted and I needed to pay them over $600 for a new set of tires. I didn't trust that, so I took my car to Lou Fusz for a second opinion, since they have done great work for me in the past. I found the perfect car on the website. I went for a test drive and decided it was the one. The team made the transaction very easy and there was no pressure to buy. On top of it, they were able to get the payments where I needed them to be to ensure I could afford it.

Easy email negotiation. 2.5 hours at dealership to complete deal. Only negative was on lowball trade offer, despite website claim of “will beat any offer within 500 miles.” Refused to discussed and even denied the website claim (had to show them). Good experience otherwise.
