Great experience and very professional. Apparently they did not have a certificate of origin for the vehicle and I have yet to receive it. I cannot get my tags until then. I am also awaiting a refund for the part of my window tinting I did not get. VIP window tinting Called Jake Degenhardt (sp) on 2/27/25 informing him they needed to refund me. I have heard or seen nothing. Other than that, it was a great experience. I revised my rating to 5 star after thinking about it, neither was in the dealers control.

The service techs are awesome here! I had my car towed on a Monday morning at 6:30AM, and had already received a text from one of their service advisors, Zack, by 7:05AM to let me know they had received my car and my appointment (which I scheduled the night before around 10pm) wasn't until later that day at 2pm. Their service is top notch. After a decade of going to their service center, I can say it is well worth the money. They're efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend.
Jarvis Morrow's one of the nicest guys I ever met. Come in to ask questions about a car and he came out to talk about my smart ass bumper stickers I had on my old car. 6 hours later I ended up driving away my first ever brand new off the lock car. Lou fusz kia in St. Louis has always gone above and beyond for us! We have bought 4 vehicles from them and they’ve been great from the buying process to any service work we’ve needed.
This was my first service visit since purchasing a 2024 Niro in July 2024. It was for a recall, and I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. When I drove in, I was greeted promptly by the service advisor. He directed me to the customer lounge, where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and wi-fi. A little over an hour later he told me my car was ready.
Service was prompt, and everything explained before started. Clean and pleasant, comfortable waiting area. Free coffee nice.

We live in Illinois and weren't sure if we should buy in a different state. We are glad we did. Everyone, especially Rob, was wonderful! They handled all of the normal things you expect but also the extras. Rob even made sure I knew how to use my seats, my lights, windsheild wipers,all navigation and evn how to make sure I could use the liftgate while holding an infant.
